By scheduling lessons, classes, or entering payment information for subscription billing you are agreeing to the studio policies that:

•I understand that tuition covers lessons reserved, not lessons given. Before I can schedule a lesson time I will need to submit payment.

•I understand that once a lesson is scheduled, I cannot change the reservation day/time.

•I understand that if I'm sick or can't make it into the studio (weather, transportation issues, etc.) we can have our lesson online via Zoom or another agreed upon platform. Asynchronous lessons are possible with advanced notice.

•I understand that if Amber Nicole is sick or needs to reschedule we will find a time that will work for me within the semester.

•I understand that recommended lesson books/materials are my purchasing responsibility.

•I understand that all studio communication is via the email address I provide, and my information will not be sold or shared.

•I understand that photos are sometimes taken at classes and events to be used in publicity and social media. It is my responsibility to declare if I want to be excluded from photos.

•I understand that credit card and payment information is processed through the highly-secure Stripe payment platform, and Amber Nicole Dilger/Songflight LLC does not hold or manage any sensitive payment information.

Core Students: I understand that 30-days notice is required before discontinuing a reserved weekly lesson time and that I am responsible for the tuition for lessons scheduled within those 30 days. Any remaining balance will be refunded, minus a $30 studio administrative fee.
Cost: Drop-in lesson or coaching tuition is $105/hour (Flex Students). There is a discount for Core students who join the studio for weekly lessons (30 or 60 minutes) for the full studio school year, beginning August 1st through July 31st (Core Students). Please contact me for more details.

Practice is essential to becoming a better musician and reaching your goals. Assignments/notes will be shared via Google Drive after each lesson. It is the student's responsibility to check the lesson notes prior to every practice session to cover all assignments given and to bring appropriate materials to each lesson.

Core students are expected to uphold the ideals of the studio, pledging their artistic efforts to build:
"Confidence, for sharing my message
Passion, for hearing my heart, and
Connection, for building community."

From time to time I get asked about "make-up" lessons, or "re-scheduling" lessons. If you're wondering, too, you might appreciate this article:
